Machine Service

Most small engine or equipment service centers are capable of providing good service. If you have an existing service provider we can supply the parts directly to them and provide support information as needed to help them facilitate the repair.

Your local dealer may have suggestions for service options as well.

You or your service partner can contact us directly through the parts request form to the right if there is no dealer in your area, or if your local dealer has informed you that they do not stock the parts that are needed.

*Warranty is 1 year for parts only on the machine and does not include service or freight on parts when required.

Engine Service

For all engine related service please contact the respective engine manufacturer as all engine service and issues are provided through their authorized service centers. They will need a copy of the purchase receipt of the equipment in order to verify that it is in the warranty period and provide warranty parts & service on the engine only.

Parts REquests

Please fill out the following information about the part you require and a customer service representative will get back to you.

Your customer information will be provided to our dealer Hawkeye Equipment who provides the National PowerPac parts support. No customer information will be given or sold to any third party and all information will only be used in order to process and provide warranty and parts support to dealers and their customers.
